We create a custom checklist and plan for every commercial property that we clean. This establishes what tasks should be done nightly, weekly, monthly, or on an as-needed basis. Though we create these plans and checklists, they are never set in stone. If a task needs to be changed or frequency adjusted, its as simple as a phone call or email and we’ll take it from there.
